Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items to Gloria Jean's standards.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Replenish stock, ensure displays are well-presented, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and packing down the cafe.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
