Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Transformation Lead to join our Consulting practice in Fremantle. This role is crucial for guiding our clients through complex HR technology implementations, process re-engineering, and strategic change initiatives. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, leading project teams, developing innovative solutions, and driving the adoption of best practices in human capital management. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them optimize their HR functions to deliver strategic value and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Develop comprehensive HR transformation roadmaps, including technology selection (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), process redesign, and change management strategies.
- Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR technology, advising clients on system capabilities, integration strategies, and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver client presentations, proposals, and other project documentation.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives, including thought leadership and service offering enhancements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR consulting or HR transformation roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong understanding of HR functional areas, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Expertise in change management methodologies and organizational design principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change management (Prosci).
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR.
- Previous experience working for a 'Big Four' consulting firm.
- Deep functional expertise in a specific HR domain (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning).
