Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Cleaner to join our team in Stanthorpe. This role involves simple, routine cleaning tasks crucial for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and organized warehouse environment. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean and sanitize communal areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and offices within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and in good working order.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with other ad-hoc cleaning duties as required to ensure the warehouse remains presentable.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
