Job Description
Wilson Parking is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Car Park Attendants in Fremantle. This is a casual, entry-level position perfect for those looking to gain experience in customer service and facilities management. As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant parking experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of our facilities, contributing to a positive public image for Wilson Parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patrons with parking queries, payment issues, and general directions.
- Monitor car park security, including surveillance and regular patrols, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Operate parking equipment, such as pay stations, boom gates, and access control systems, troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Handle cash and process electronic payments accurately, issuing tickets and receipts as required.
- Perform routine cleanliness checks and minor maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy and safe environment.
- Assist with directing traffic and managing parking flow during peak hours or special events.
- Complete daily reports and incident logs with attention to detail.
