Job Description
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Garden Maintenance Hand. If you love working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn and grow within the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you! No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining beautiful and healthy outdoor spaces for our clients in Geraldton.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general garden maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering.
- Assist with the planting of new shrubs, trees, and flowers.
- Operate and maintain garden equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Identify and report pest and disease issues in garden beds.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve project goals.

- Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
