Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional eager to kickstart their career in digital media and analytics. You will play a crucial role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and campaign optimization for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad platforms).
  • Generate regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
  • Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support senior analysts in developing testing strategies and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with media planners, strategists, and account teams to understand client objectives and data requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, analytical tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
