Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Wholesale Warehouse Hand to join our team in Newman, Western Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly identified and secured.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
- Conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required by management.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counts.
- Commitment to following safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Current forklift license (LF or LO class).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- First Aid certification.
