Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Solar Battery Assembler to join our growing team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in manufacturing or solar technology, as comprehensive training will be provided. As a Solar Battery Assembler, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality solar battery units. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble solar battery components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks on assembled units to ensure adherence to our high standards.
- Operate various hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in training programs to develop new skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
