Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple high-volume sites within the Rockingham region. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing diverse kitchen teams, developing innovative menus, and ensuring consistent excellence in food quality and presentation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our guest dining experience, driving profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational efficiency across all assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire culinary teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative seasonal menus, considering local produce, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
  • Manage kitchen budgets, inventory control, and food costs to achieve financial targets without compromising quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations across all sites.
  • Oversee quality control, consistency, and presentation of all food items prepared in the kitchens.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and F&B Directors to align culinary strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and implement new culinary trends and technologies to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3 years in an Executive Chef or multi-site management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate large culinary teams across diverse operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and current food trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HACCP and other food safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience with large-scale hotel or resort culinary operations.
  • Certification in advanced food safety management.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
