Job Description

Live Nation Australia is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Festival Event Crew for immediate hire in Dandenong, Victoria, and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for casual summer work, offering flexible hours and a chance to experience the magic of festivals and events from behind the scenes. No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training!
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with event setup and teardown, including staging, fencing, and décor.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees.
- Directing patrons and managing queues efficiently.
- Monitoring event areas to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Supporting various operational needs as directed by event management.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
- First Aid certificate (desirable).
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
