Job Description
Join the dedicated team at Novotel Geelong as a Hotel Room Attendant. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students seeking to balance work with their studies. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Novotel's brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
- Ensure all equipment and trolleys are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with linen management and stock control as required.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to guests, responding to requests efficiently.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
