Job Description

Join the dedicated team at Novotel Geelong as a Hotel Room Attendant. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students seeking to balance work with their studies. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to Novotel's brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Ensure all equipment and trolleys are clean and well-maintained.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with linen management and stock control as required.
  • Provide a friendly and professional service to guests, responding to requests efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
