Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Pressure Washing Hand to join our mobile team in Wollongong. This is a crucial role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various client properties through expert pressure washing techniques. You will be part of a dynamic team, traveling to different sites and contributing to the high standards of service Spotless Group is known for. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces (concrete, brick, siding, etc.).
- Conduct pre-inspection of sites to assess cleaning needs and identify potential hazards.
- Mix and apply appropriate cleaning solutions following safety guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Maintain equipment in good working order, performing routine checks and basic maintenance.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure high-quality results, meeting client expectations and company standards.
- Travel to various client locations across the Wollongong region as part of a mobile team.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in pressure washing or similar outdoor maintenance roles.
- Ability to safely operate and maintain pressure washing equipment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning agents and their appropriate application.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Australian Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile team.
Preferred Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) for working on construction sites.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Experience with different types of pressure washing nozzles and techniques.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
