Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cardboard Recycler. This is an immediate start, full-time on-site position based in our Tabriquet facility in Salé. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. As a Cardboard Recycler, you will play a crucial role in our waste management operations, primarily responsible for the sorting, baling, and processing of cardboard materials. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Manually sort and separate various types of cardboard and paper products from other waste materials.
- Operate baling machinery to compact cardboard into bundles for efficient storage and transport (training provided).
- Load and unload materials onto conveyor belts or into designated collection areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and clearing debris.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail to ensure proper sorting of materials.
