Job Description

We are seeking diligent and reliable Seafood Process Workers to join our team in Salé. This full-time position involves various tasks in the processing of fresh and frozen seafood, ensuring products meet our strict quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various tasks related to seafood processing, including sorting, cleaning, gutting, scaling, and filleting fish and shellfish.
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Package finished seafood products according to company standards and client specifications.
  • Inspect product quality, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Assist with loading and unloading seafood products and materials as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cold, damp, and sometimes noisy environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Basic understanding of English or Arabic for communication.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of different types of seafood and processing methods.
  • First Aid certification.
