Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Salé. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, optimize logistics operations, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex supply chain data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Perform root cause analysis for supply chain issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and route planning initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical tools and reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles and logistics operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and French (Darija a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Experience in the freight forwarding or 3PL industry.
