Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive WFH Virtual Assistant to provide casual weekend support to our various internal teams. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Australian retail leader from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team’s productivity during peak weekend hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using various software.

  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed.
