Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light household duties (e.g., tidying, laundry).
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, using aids as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or concerns to the care coordinator.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Adhere to care plans and organisational policies and procedures.

  • Current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (though not required, it is a plus).
