Job Description

As a WFH Dispatcher Assistant – Logistics Support at Toll Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics network from the comfort of your home. This 100% remote position involves providing essential support to our dispatch team, coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers, and assisting with administrative tasks to maintain seamless service delivery. You will be instrumental in optimizing routes, resolving dispatch-related issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dispatchers with daily scheduling and routing of deliveries.
  • Communicate proactively with drivers regarding assignments, updates, and potential delays.
  • Monitor delivery progress and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process and maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation.
  • Support in resolving logistics challenges and coordinating urgent requests.
  • Utilize dispatch software and communication tools effectively.
