Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Digital Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our professional agency team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia, including Bowen, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will ensure all creative assets, tracking codes, and campaign parameters are accurately implemented and launched on schedule. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the trafficking of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Campaign Manager 360).
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign assets, including creative files, landing page URLs, and tracking tags.
  • Liaise with internal teams (media planners, strategists, creative) and external partners (publishers, vendors) to ensure campaign readiness.
  • Implement and test tracking pixels and floodlights to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Monitor campaign launches and troubleshoot any technical issues related to ad serving or tracking.
  • Maintain meticulous records of campaign details, specifications, and revisions.
  • Assist with campaign reporting by ensuring all data sources are correctly configured.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new ad trafficking technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Adform, Sizmek).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and campaign workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital ad trafficking or a similar role within an agency environment.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
