Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Data Entry Clerk to join our team for the night shift. This is a fully remote, flexible position perfect for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment and are available to work during Australian night hours. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining various types of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into the company's databases and systems during designated night shift hours.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and file documents after data entry to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any data discrepancies or issues encountered.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures related to data entry and information handling.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role is an advantage but not strictly required (training provided).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment for night work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
