Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic WFH Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. This role involves providing first-class support to Telstra customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. With various shift options available, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while contributing to a vital service. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Telstra products and services.
  • Provide information on billing, account management, and product features.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
