Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned rides and attractions safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Greet guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, providing clear instructions and answering questions.
- Ensure guests meet all height, weight, and health restrictions for rides.
- Perform daily safety checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of ride areas and queues.
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking rides, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all park policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
