Job Description
Myer is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Virtual Service Agent with a strong focus on retail and sales to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of Myer, providing outstanding support, resolving queries, and driving sales through engaging customer interactions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online customer experience, assisting shoppers with product information, order inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process, all from the comfort of your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, availability, and detailed feature explanations.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and recommend products that meet customer needs.
