Job Description

This fully remote position provides comprehensive paid IT training, setting you up for success in technical support. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided IT training modules and programs to develop core helpdesk skills.
- Provide initial IT support for common hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat, primarily in a virtual environment.
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the IT service management system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary.
- Assist users with account management, password resets, and software installations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT knowledge base articles.
- Adhere to company IT policies and security protocols at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn IT fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a logical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
