Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hotel Room Attendants to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible working hours, perfectly suited for students or those seeking to balance work with other commitments. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms and suites according to Mercure's high standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replace used towels
  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture
  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including showers, toilets, and sinks
  • Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, coffee, stationery)
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues
  • Assist with laundry duties as required

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry supplies
  • Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
