Job Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting our customer success managers and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Salesforce products. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
- Help prepare materials for customer meetings, presentations, and webinars.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support, sales, product) to resolve customer challenges.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer success skills.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
