Job Description
Join the Costa Group team as a Part-time Vegetable Harvester based in the rural outskirts of Joondalup, Western Australia. This role offers stable part-time hours on a day roster, focusing on the efficient and careful harvesting of various vegetable crops. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. While prior experience in harvesting is a plus, it is not essential as full training will be provided to dedicated candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully harvest a variety of vegetable crops by hand or using designated tools, adhering to quality standards.
- Sort and pack harvested produce into appropriate containers or bins, ensuring minimal damage.
- Operate basic farm machinery or equipment under supervision, as required (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area during and after harvesting activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines for farm operations.
- Work collaboratively with the harvesting team to meet daily production targets.
