Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work outdoors, be physically active, and earn based on your productivity? BRF S.A. is seeking diligent and enthusiastic Vegetable Harvesters to join our agricultural team in Belo Horizonte. This role offers an immediate start with high piece rates, rewarding your hard work and efficiency. You will be responsible for the precise and timely harvesting of various fresh vegetables, contributing directly to our supply chain and commitment to fresh produce quality. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully harvest a variety of vegetables according to quality standards and specific instructions.
- Operate basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fields.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
- Report any issues with crops or equipment to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with other farm duties as needed, including planting, weeding, and packing.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
