Job Description
Are you passionate about luxury vehicles and delivering impeccable service? Mercedes-Benz of Bendigo is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Valet Parking Attendant to join our dynamic team. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for individuals who are eager to work with high-end automobiles and provide a first-class experience to our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing vehicle parking, ensuring a smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall luxury atmosphere of our dealership. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with their parking needs.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles, including a range of luxury models.
- Manage the valet parking area, ensuring optimal space utilisation and vehicle organisation.
- Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage before parking and report as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised driveway and entrance area.
- Provide clear directions and information to customers regarding vehicle services.
- Assist with other dealership duties as required, supporting the wider team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Required Skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License (manual transmission proficiency preferred).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a valet, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle brands and models.
- Knowledge of local area roads and traffic patterns.
