Job Description

Join Flight Centre, a leading name in global travel, as a Travel & Tourism Support Agent. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home in Echuca, Victoria, while providing exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Travel & Tourism Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of travel-related inquiries. You will provide comprehensive support for bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general travel advice. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine desire to create memorable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with new flight, accommodation, tour, and package bookings.
  • Process changes, cancellations, and refunds for existing reservations.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, visa requirements, and destination details.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer travel experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally 1 year or more.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
