Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our Train Cleaning Crew in West Gladstone. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our train carriages, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for passengers and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of train interiors, including seating areas, floors, windows, and restrooms.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as handrails, door handles, and tables regularly.
- Empty waste bins and manage waste disposal according to company guidelines.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and other amenities.
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Work efficiently and effectively to ensure trains are ready for service on schedule.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness, capable of standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
