Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Strategic Innovation Lead – Tech & Corporate to join our dynamic team in Parramatta. This critical role involves spearheading the identification, evaluation, and implementation of groundbreaking technological solutions and strategic initiatives for our corporate clients. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and emerging technologies, guiding clients through their innovation journey from concept to realization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, deep technological acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to drive impactful change and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovation strategies for key corporate clients, aligning with their long-term business objectives.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive business models relevant to clients' industries.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and design thinking sessions to generate novel solutions and growth opportunities.
- Translate complex technological concepts into clear, actionable business strategies and roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on innovation matters.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovation initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify potential partnerships or acquisition targets to enhance innovation capabilities.
- Drive internal thought leadership, contributing to Deloitte's reputation as an innovation leader.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing) and their business applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
