Job Description

Are you looking to kickstart a rewarding career in the trades? Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Security Screen Installer Helper to join our team in Mandurah. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with little to no experience who are eager to learn a valuable trade. You will work alongside experienced installers, gaining hands-on knowledge in the measurement, fabrication, and installation of a variety of security screen products. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, teaching you everything you need to know to become a skilled professional in a growing industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior installers with the loading, unloading, and transport of materials and tools to job sites.
  • Prepare work areas, including basic site safety and protection measures.
  • Learn and assist with the accurate measurement and cutting of security screen components.
  • Support the assembly and fitting of security screens, doors, and related hardware.
  • Perform basic repairs and adjustments under supervision.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure cleanliness of work vehicles.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies on every job site.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
