Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, offering assistance and styling advice.
- Maintain an inviting and tidy store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Accurately process sales transactions, exchanges, and returns using our POS system.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, ticketing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Actively promote Cotton On's brand values and current promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
