Job Description
Join the dynamic customer service team at Cotton On Group as a Remote E-commerce Chat Agent. This 100% remote position requires you to provide exceptional support to our online customers, assisting with inquiries related to orders, products, fashion advice, and website navigation. You will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our fashion-forward customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, sizing, styling advice, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all Cotton On Group brands.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold brand reputation.
- Utilize CRM and e-commerce platforms effectively to manage customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- A passion for fashion and retail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chat agent or in a remote customer support role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
