Job Description
NAB is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Clerk for a part-time afternoon shift. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining critical data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information vital to our operations. This role is crucial for supporting our afternoon operational demands and requires a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into designated databases and systems.
- Verify data for errors and discrepancies, correcting as necessary.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
- Assist with data retrieval and reporting as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related inquiries or issues.
- Adhere to established data entry procedures and quality standards.
- Complete tasks within specified deadlines during the afternoon shift (e.g., 1 PM – 5 PM AWST).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and strong typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
