Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Quality Control Inspector in Campbellfield, Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing and quality assurance, with a focus on visual inspections and straightforward tasks. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Your primary role will be to perform visual checks on products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they reach our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine visual inspections of products, components, and materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
  • Compare products against established quality standards, specifications, and reference samples.
  • Accurately record and document inspection results, identifying any non-conforming items.
  • Report findings to the Quality Control Supervisor or team leader.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the production facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions and work independently.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for recording data.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even non-QC roles) is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications for data entry.
  • Strong communication skills.
