Job Description

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our vineyard team for part-time day work, assisting with essential maintenance tasks throughout our picturesque vineyards in Pokolbin. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and productivity of our vines, contributing directly to the quality of our award-winning wines. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various vineyard tasks, including pruning, canopy management, wire lifting, and pest control.
  • Assist with general vineyard upkeep, such as trellis repairs and irrigation maintenance.
  • Operate small machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow detailed instructions from vineyard supervisors regarding specific tasks and techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding vine health or equipment to management.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
