Key Responsibilities
- Engage enthusiastically with the public at various outdoor events, festivals, and activations.
- Promote Telstra products, services, and brand messaging in a clear and compelling manner.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and merchandise effectively.
- Answer basic customer questions and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate channels.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, representing the Telstra brand positively.
- Set up and pack down event displays and promotional areas.
- Work collaboratively with event teams and other promotional staff to achieve event goals.
- Provide feedback on event performance and public engagement.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in promotions, customer service, sales, or event staffing.
- Knowledge of Telstra products and services (training will be provided).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules demand.
