Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Paper Mill Labourer to join our team in Broadmeadows. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking for stable employment within a vital manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for supporting various production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our paper mill, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This is an on-site role requiring a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
- Monitor production lines for potential issues and report anomalies to supervisors.
- Package and prepare finished paper products for dispatch.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as directed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
