Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Paper Mill Labourer to join our team in Broadmeadows. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking for stable employment within a vital manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for supporting various production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our paper mill, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist machine operators with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
  • Monitor production lines for potential issues and report anomalies to supervisors.
  • Package and prepare finished paper products for dispatch.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as directed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
