Job Description

Join CVS Health as a Paid Project Manager Intern and embark on an unparalleled enterprise-level mentorship experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects across various business units.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Participate in project meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a leadership role (e.g., student organization, volunteer work).
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
