Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Developer with a strong focus on cloud products to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to innovative cloud-native solutions. As a SaaS Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance software-as-a-service applications on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver features that enhance our cloud product offerings and meet the evolving needs of our global customers. This role requires deep expertise in cloud services, modern development practices, and a passion for building robust, reliable, and user-friendly SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native SaaS applications and features on Microsoft Azure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C#, Java, or Python, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality and robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain service availability and performance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for scalability and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and development methodologies, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python with experience in cloud development.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure App Service).
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar cloud certifications.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
