Job Description
SPC Global is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our production team as Packaging Machine Loaders in Wangaratta. This is an immediate hire opportunity for those looking for stable work performing simple, repetitive tasks. You will be responsible for loading raw materials or packaging components onto machinery, ensuring a continuous and efficient production flow. Key Responsibilities
- Load packaging materials, products, or raw components into designated machines accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure a steady supply of materials and identify any potential issues.
- Perform basic visual quality checks on materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the packaging machines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with other general production tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15kg regularly.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not essential but a plus).
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) is a bonus.
