Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Data Coordinator with a focus on Civil & Mining Projects to join our team in Adelaide. This pivotal role involves managing, analyzing, and reporting on critical operational data to support decision-making, optimize project efficiency, and ensure data integrity across our civil and mining initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, supporting project teams with data insights, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and maintain accurate operational data from various civil and mining project sources.
  • Perform data validation and quality control to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key performance indicators and project status.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of data management tools and systems.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within operational datasets.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of data management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and industry standards.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data coordination or data analysis, preferably within civil, mining, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, concise reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
