Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible, online-only role where you can provide exceptional customer support without ever needing to pick up a phone? Woolworths Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as an Online Order Support specialist. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their online orders through email and chat channels. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding online orders via email and live chat.
- Assist customers with order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and online store policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite and efficient service.
