Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Online Admin Professional to join our team in Coffs Harbour. This part-time role is crucial for supporting our operational efficiency through various online administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, proficient with digital tools, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing data, coordinating schedules, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from both our Coffs Harbour office and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Manage and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and virtual events.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using various online platforms.
- Respond to email inquiries and assist with internal communication.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Monitor and update project statuses using online collaboration tools.
