Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Records Assistant in a clinical environment in Mount Gambier. Key Responsibilities
- Organize, scan, and file patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Retrieve medical records as requested by authorized personnel.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all patient information.
- Assist with data entry and updating patient information in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing medical documentation.
- Maintain an organized and clean medical records department.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures regarding medical record management.
