Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing customer success team. This is a 100% text-based, work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to provide exceptional support from anywhere in Australia. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience through written communication. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, all while embodying Canva’s friendly and helpful spirit. This role requires strong typing skills, excellent written communication, and a genuine passion for assisting others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to Canva users via live chat, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through platform features, and assist with account-related questions.
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand written format.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, new features, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Contribute to team knowledge base by identifying common issues and suggesting solutions or improvements.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
