Job Description

Telstra is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Intern (Level 1) to join our dynamic team in Darwin. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and assist with IT-related problems via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document support tickets, solutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment deployment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives as directed.
- Adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
