Job Description

Are you an IT student eager to gain real-world experience in a supportive and dynamic environment? This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in IT service management, helpdesk operations, and basic system administration. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in maintaining IT inventory and asset management.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related diploma/degree program.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
